With an average IQ of only 85, fully half of American Blacks are incapable of passing Middle School or High School (let alone college), cannot be trained for any but the lowest menial labor jobs, and cannot be legally inducted into the military (Forest Gump was a satire spoof of "McNamara's Folly" attempt to induct low IQ blacks into the military..). Subsaharan blacks average only a 70 IQ (mentally retarded by White standards), and only the extremely high percentage of White genetics (average > 25% or more) allows the American Blacks to average 85. This isn't "racism", it's a plain hard truth FACT, and "institutional racism" or being "disadvantaged" has NOTHING to do with why blacks underperform and commit violence and crime. OR math is "racist"... I'll let you be the judge.. LOLS!
