The driver charged in the crash that killed 2-year-old Dameon Turner Jr. was ordered by a Kentucky judge to not drive or use drugs or alcohol after a previous arrest, a prosecutor said Wednesday. A Hamilton County judge set bond for Satwinder Singh at $1 million on Wednesday. Singh was arraigned on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide, aggravated vehicular assault and failure to stop after an accident on public roads or highways. Police also said Singh was impaired when his vehicle hit Dameon who was riding in a stroller on the sidewalk along Hopple Street on Sunday. Dameon died of his injuries Monday. Police said Singh drove off the sidewalk and back into the roadway. Singh and his truck were located in a BP parking lot at 1326 Hopple Street.
