PATCH UPDATE: This spec has been buffed all around with the patch on 3/9 (patch 1.0.3) and can handle GM3 much more efficiently with the increased damage pressure. In addition, I have swapped to using a few of the new MW universal mods in place of some of the older MW ranger mods. ENDGAME (pvp). SOLO WSG gameplay. It is a scuffed DPS set, with some tank items, and the big items can be acquired through SOLO pvp. The gameplay will show that you do not need a full set of High Warlord gear or full BiS to top the charts (the very top).
