Making sure you feed your sourdough really well before using is key in making a successful sourdough bread. So lets feed our sourdough a few times and then make some yummy sourdough dinner rolls. These sourdough dinner rolls where amazing. They had a nice thin crust on top and were super soft inside and on bottom. The dinner rolls were everything you would want to take to a dinner party. Feeding Sourdough Starter is a 1:1:1 ratio. So you can measure in grams like below or use a measuring cup. Both work great when feeding your sourdough. 50 grams starter 50 grams water 50 grams bread flour or flour of choice.
