So this hack of Silver over Sonic was supposed to be the so-called "Final Version" but from what I can tell this hack has a long way to go till it is done. You'll find out in the review. Also, Silver over Falco v2 is much better than last time. Still needs some more psychic like moves though to even out the other electric moves.
