A lengthier excerpt from a recent livestream / Q&A in which I go over a couple of examples of Logically Completing the Text (aka Inference) questions, including a somewhat confusing question about conducting an experiment to determine the effect of holding public office on a person's behavior (from Bluebook Test 4). I also talk (at the beginning) about the differences between these questions and their counterparts (in terms of inference questions) on the paper SAT.

Two more examples of a reliable method for solving "variables in the answer choices" problems on the SAT.
Both of these problems involve polynomial division, but this is more a coincidence than anything, as the method applies equally well to any problem where you have a variable (or multiple variables) in the question and the same variable(s) in the answer choices.

A detailed walkthrough of a passage from the GRE "Big Book" (Test 2), along with a discussion of a question about supporting a hypothesis. This is essentially the same thing as what is now known as an "argument-based passage" question on the current GRE -- it's just that in this case, it's embedded within a longer passage rather than being isolated within its own brief passage.
Even though this is a GRE passage, the strategies here are equally relevant to other standardized tests, including the Digital SAT (Strengthen/Weaken question(), GMAT, and LSAT.
