WEEK 3 KETO AND FASTING
I decided to document my health journey so I could share how I'm feeling physically and mentally along the way. I hope it helps others watching to start their own journey.

Update on my keto and fasting regimen. I'm feeling GREAT and much stronger thanks to resistance training. I'm in the zone and I love it! I tried the ADF in the beginning, but I just wasn't ready so decided to let my body get used to the new way of eating before I do the fasting.
