Calorie counting is held up as the gold standard of nutrition. You can't lose weight without counting calories right? Eh, not really. Calorie counting is a useful tool but I don't recommend it to clients very often.
There are many reasons I don't. To start with, for most of human history it wasn't possible. The technique has only been available for about the last 100 years. For many people, it just doesn't fit into their lifestyle at best and at worst can lead to eating disorders and obsessive behavior.
If calorie counting is right for you, go for it. But for many, including myself it turns eating into a miserable experience and adds unneeded stress throughout the day. It is possible to fix your diet without calorie counting.

Knee and ankle pain can be a real problem. Sometimes it's something major. But often enough it's something you can address yourself. This is a great self-massage technique that can really help alleviate inner knee and ankle pain. It's really pretty easy to do and often quickly resolves the issue.

One of my biggest complaints with Jawzrsize, and the one that I heard most from other people, is that it's expensive. It's also somewhat limited in it's application.
Jawzrsize can recondition the bite muscles but it leave a lot of other muscles attached to the jaw alone. If you're trying to rehab your jaw this can be problematic and lead to further imbalance.
These 5 exercises can be done using only your own hands. You don't need Jawzrsize to rehab your jaw. It's just convenient. If you don't want to spend the money on it, give these exercises a try!

Hey everyone! I'm starting a new Ground Movement Series today! There is no instruction just the natural movement workout. This is a workout built on basic ground work. Are you having trouble getting up off the floor? I've done a couple different videos offering techniques for getting off the floor. There's a problem though. If you don't have enough strength to safely get to the floor, these techniques won't help you. What's the solution then? You need to rebuild your strength so you can safely get down to the floor.
Whether squatting down or kneeling down, you need to start at the top. If you lack the strength to safely get to the floor rebuilding your strength is key. I'm going to break down squatting in a way that will allow you to rebuild your strength over time and allow you to apply the techniques I shared in previous videos.
Take you time and work on the movements until you are competent enough to move onto the next stage. If you rush it, you will actually set yourself back. It will take time to rebuild your strength. Keep working at it daily and soon you'll have no problem getting up off the floor!
