How I made a free chicken coop !!! Chicken babies !!!!
Everything was made with scraps of leftover projects or free wood and metal. The metal was from a garage that had a fire in it, I got it for free from my friend Randy. Yes it is quite tall from the ground. I wanted easy access to eggs and for getting my wheel barrow under it for cleaning. I still need to make some perches and nesting areas yet. I have to put up some fencing, and a chicken baby ladder/ramp. I got my paint at a re-store cheap. So since I already used more than $2 worth on two other project... I will say what I used here was free. I put wire over the door opening for now since they can not go out till I fix the fenced in area for them. A word of advice... never make a coop without a door that can close for night time, they need the protection. I also took short rebar and spiked down the legs of the coop for wind protection. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fcDoRHPdtWM
Just the start of vinyl siding project. I go into some tips of installing siding in the following video. Just some small look at the process involved here.

This is how to modify my vacuum sealer to get perfect FULL vacuum for every item, every time. This bypasses the automatic vacuum switch inside this machine. There is another video in my collection that explains some more tricks for great results using these machines. I rely on my sealer a lot for storing my freeze dried foods. I hope this helps people. Ask anything , and I will do my best to help.

This is about a repair of a clock that was a survivor of a house fire. It has not worked in 20 years. So any need for cleaning, is from age and smoke. This is a 1955 built clock. So 68 years old. The rebuilt gearbox was pretty costly, in my opinion. It is however, rebuilt and warrantied for two years anyway. I have cleaned and oiled the mechanics inside too. Small adjustments to hammer arms for the chimes. The chimes sound awesome! I have bought a twisted pair cloth wire for it, but am still waiting for it. It will look so nice with that wire.
The man that owns it, wanted to surprise his wife with this gift, it has been in their family for many years. I am glad to be able to help.

This is how I make shelf stable butter so I do not need to rely on refrigeration. Ghee, or clarified butter costs about $8 per container. I can make 4 containers for just a few bucks. I may over stir just a bit but it works for me to help keep it from burning. I do wait for it to cool down so I can just touch the jar, then I lock down the rings so it will pull a bit of vacuum when it cools. I understand it is healthier for you than having all the sugars and milk solids in it. I really think it should cook for 25 to 30 minutes, or just a bit more even sometimes. It seems different with different brands or weather/humidity might play a part too. Regardless, there is a small bubble frothy foam at first, then in about 10-15 minutes, it changes to bigger bubbles so you know its working if you see that, and it will clear up like a light color oil under the foam when it is done. This has no shelf life limit! Just keep it in a cooler and darker place, like under a counter or in a pantry.

This is the theory of operation. I did research on many sites to get my numbers of amps and reaction times. Look it up! The components that are made, and used, for surge protection, are the ones I have used. The diodes here are a perfect match in reaction times to the claims of a company that makes a similar product. There is no reason we can not make our own without infringing on any possible patents. As long as we do not sell them. I have never seen one of their units because they cost so much. The cost of these I make are about $30.00. That is one tenth to one twentieth of the "brand name" ones. I will upload the construction videos later. I am making these from public information and educated knowledge of electronics. I have tested these with voltage only, and no real amps. I do understand EMP strikes will yield a voltage component more so than amperage. The one I am making first is for 220 volts AC house protection.

Something like a Bedini motor only sideways. One coil drives this motor with a pick up sensor to set timing of pulses. It charged a battery that supplied the power to run it. I had it charge .1 volt increase in 16 hours of run time once. Can't run a house on that. Old old video.

I took some advice and changed the "fuses" on the batteries. A resistor wire form modern resistors is about .012 inches. I had a lot of .018 inch wire so that is what I chose instead of cutting up my resistors. I will be using these "upside down" in case there ever is a fault and this way the melting copper will not be able to short against the battery ever. I did not like the idea of putting a bus bar directly above the batteries so now it is away from them and under them. I will show more of the build soon.

This was the worse carburetor I have EVER done. I did use a soak in some battery acid to help clean the rust inside the unit. After that, we used baking soda rinse several times. I had some extra help from my neighbor pals...Thank You. So after I got it back on, I did get it running before I videoed the startup you saw. I had to figure out how it liked to be choked to run at startup. It was then running without being choked when I took the video. The throttle linkage was so stuck with rust that it was soaking with oil for about a week before I got it loose. There was a worn out burr inside the float valve tube that made it stick open the first run. I reamed the tube where the needle is in to remove the burr. It works just fine now. I will have more videos of this whole repair project. It is in sad shape. The engine sounds so nice though. I did change the oil first. The distributor points didn't work...the spark plug wires are now new solid copper, with new plugs. How did you like my sediment bowl fix?
