Hey guys, I wanted to grab the camera and take it with me to show you guys what I could be eating on a typical day. Because my body has been leaning out at a desirable rate with just the addition of stairs and just a small deficit in my caloric intake. So, until I'm a bit closer to my competition I'm going to eat how much I know I need to eat, I'll explain more tomorrow in the progress video!

Hopefully by next week I'm fully recovered and back to my original weight/strength before I caught the flu recently!
