The first floor has 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with walk in closet and own bathroom with big shower and bathtub. The other 2 bedrooms, equipped with walk-in closet share a bathroom.The original family room has been converted in a 4th bedroom.This villa has a detached maid’s living quarter, made of a small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
