Pets.com and Amazon used to be highly correlated as well, but this told you nothing about their eventual future state.
Unlike tech stocks, you cannot print up more Bitcoin.
Bitcoin is also fundamentally permission-less, censorship-resistant, and does not need to be held within the current financial system, unlike tech stocks.
In the short-term, the market is a voting machine. In the long-run, the market is a weighing machine-- which is good news for a unique asset like Bitcoin.
