The Rescuer on the Bow of the Ship
The Rescuer on The Bow of The Ship

On the night of January 5th 2024 (6th
January 2023), I had a dream, and in
the dream, I saw myself as a young lad and
on my way to school. I walked towards
school, with urgency and going at a
precipitous pace.

After crossing the main entrance of the
school, I entered the main hall and rushed
towards a room where I was scheduled to
attend a class. The teacher of this class
was a woman, and stood in front of the door
of this room. This woman prevented me from
entering the classroom. I pleaded with
this teacher, to permit my attendance at this
class.

I explained to her, if I missed this course, I
would fail my scholarship. She would not
yield ground nor mercy to
my supplications. I attempted, yet
again, to explain the reasons for my
lateness due to personal issues

All this was done in good faith and that I
had tried my best to get there on time despite
my problems. Nevertheless, this teacher
gave me nothing, except a cold and
resolute negation.
In despair, I left her presence,
while attempting to shrug off my
melancholy, my countenance downcast
and exited the premises of the school.

I saw in my dream a shift towards
another scenery. A powerful storm
occurred and raged in the countryside.
Floods and heavy rain were sweeping

I noticed a small boy near the riverbank,
wearing a yellow raincoat with a hood, his
head covered, similar to a
fisherman's raincoat. I saw myself
personified in this boy and experiencing
this event through him while I
simultaneously experienced this event as if
I was a bystander watching the boy. This
boy was swept away by the water, and the
mere force of the current and fell into the
river.
across the whole country. Houses and
crops were completely flooded. A mighty
river broke off its course, overflowing the
riverbank and roads nearby

I saw the teacher from the previous
scene appear differently in this part of the
dream. She was changed from a
proud and obtus woman into a terrified
girl. Like the boy, she too was carried
away by the unforgiving tide and force of the
river. However, she got caught and
entangled in some dead trees protruding
out of a forest near the bank of the river.
As she held onto a dead tree, she watched
in horror at the boy still dragged away by
the river to an impending and inevitable
doom.

The boy kept fighting the harrassing waves,
and tried his best to keep his head
above the water. In a final and desperate
attempt at rescue, the boy raised his hands
towards the heavens and yelled: "Father,
Daddy, save me!". And as if it were a
flash of blinding light, a ship appeared in
the distance. Racing towards the boy. At the
tip of the ship's bow I saw a man lying on
his chest with his arms spread wide like an
eagle. The man, smiling, had such a
natural and holy radiance emanating
from his face.

The ship was now within meters of the
boy, his arms still raised and struggling to
stay afloat. The man lowered himself to the
boy, with such speed and grace, he caught
him and lifted him from
the tumultuous water. The boy was now
safely in the man's arms. The man pressed
himself and held tightly the boy surrounding
him in his arms.

I felt love, a force so absorbing
and overpowering, that it caused me to
cry incessantly throughout this
whole experience. The love was so strong,
that I felt like dying, but peacefully, as if
I was birthing myself into something
glorious and pure.

The man laughed with blissful joy,
while embracing the boy in his arms. The
boy also laughed and held firmly to the
man's chest. As both of them were raptured
in this joyous moment, the ship kept its
course, sailing through the violent and
dark storm. The ship cut through the
waves, challenging its imperious
attacks, conquering this restless
river, sailing with might and
assurance.

I was now drawn back, to the little girl,
caught in the dead trees, watching from a
distance, her heart filled with sorrow and
envy. In a state of remorse, guilt and shame,
she yearned to be on that ship with the man
and the boy.

I awoke from the dream, and I knew that
this very man was Jesus Christ, The
Mighty God, The Everlasting Father.
