Abemaciclib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of cancer cells.
How to use Abemaciclib?
Abemaciclib comes as a tablet to take by mouth. It is usually taken twice daily with or without food.
Take abemaciclib at around the same times every day.
Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully, and ask your doctor or pharmacist to explain any part you do not understand.
Take abemaciclib exactly as directed.
Do not take more or less of it or take it more often than prescribed by your doctor.
Swallow the tablets whole; do not split, chew, or crush them.
Do not take tablets that are broken, cracked, or damaged in any way.
If you vomit after taking abemaciclib, do not take another dose.
Continue your regular dosing schedule.
Your doctor may decrease your dose or temporarily or permanently stop your treatment if you experience certain side effects.
This depends on how well the medication works for you and the side effects you experience.

When to take Abemaciclib?
Before taking abemaciclib,

tell your doctor and pharmacist what other prescription and nonprescription medications, vitamins, nutritional supplements, and herbal products you are taking or plan to take.
tell your doctor if you have a fever, chills, or any other signs of an infection or if you have or have ever had blood clots, including a pulmonary embolism (PE; a blood clot in the lung); lung or breathing problem; or liver or kidney disease.
tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant.
You will need to take a pregnancy test before you start treatment and should use birth control to prevent pregnancy during your treatment and for at least 3 weeks after your final dose. If you become pregnant while taking abemaciclib, call your doctor immediately.
Abemaciclib may harm the fetus.

You should not breastfeed while taking abemaciclib and for at least 3 weeks after your final dose.

¿Para que sirve la betametasona?
La betametasona tópica se usa para tratar la picazón, enrojecimiento, resequedad, costras, descamación, inflamación y las molestias ocasionadas por diferentes problemas en la piel incluyendo la psoriasis (una enfermedad de la piel en la cual se forman parches rojos y escamosos en algunas áreas del cuerpo) y eccema (una enfermedad de la piel que hace que la piel se seque y pique y, algunas veces, provoca sarpullidos rojos y escamosos). ¿Cómo se debe usar betametasona?
La betametasona tiene presentación en ungüento, crema, loción, gel y aerosol (spray) en varias concentraciones para uso en la piel y como espuma para aplicar en el cuero cabelludo. Usualmente se aplica una o dos veces al día. Siga atentamente las instrucciones que se encuentran en la etiqueta de la receta médica y pida al médico o farmacéutico que le explique cualquier parte que no comprenda. ¿Qué es Avamys y para qué sirve?
Avamys (furoato de fluticasona) pertenece al grupo de medicamentos llamados glucocorticoides. Avamys actúa disminuyendo la inflamación causada por la alergia (rinitis), y por tanto, reduce los síntomas de la alergia.
Avamys suspensión para pulverización nasal se usa para el tratamiento de los síntomas de la rinitis alérgica incluyendo la congestión nasal, el aumento de la secreción nasal y picor de nariz, los estornudos y el lagrimeo y el picor o enrojecimiento de los ojos en adultos y niños de 6 años o mayores.
Los síntomas alérgicos pueden aparecer en determinadas épocas del año a consecuencia de alergia al polen de plantas o árboles (fiebre del heno), o bien pueden presentarse durante todo el año a consecuencia de alergia a animales, ácaros del polvo o mohos, por citar algunos de los más comunes.
¿Cómo usar Avamys?
Siga exactamente las instrucciones de administración de este medicamento indicadas por su médico o farmacéutico. No exceda la dosis recomendada.

Cuándo usar Avamys:
Usar una vez al día.
Usar a la misma hora cada día.
Este medicamento tratará sus síntomas a lo largo del día y de la noche.
Cuánto tiempo tarda Avamys en hacer efecto.
Algunas personas no sentirán los efectos completos hasta varios días después de comenzar a utilizar Avamys.
Sin embargo, generalmente es efectivo entre las 8 a 24 horas después de su uso.
Cuánto usar.
Adultos y niños a partir de 12 años.
La dosis normal de inicio es de 2 pulverizaciones en cada fosa nasal una vez cada día.

Cómo usar el spray nasal.
Avamys no tiene apenas sabor u olor.
Se pulveriza dentro de la nariz como una fina niebla. Tenga cuidado de no pulverizar el medicamento en los ojos. Si esto ocurriera, lávese los ojos con agua.

How to take neurobion tablets?
Dosage and route of administration:
One tablet three times daily, preferably after meals.
Duration of treatment:
Duration of treatment is determined by the physician.
Manifestations and management of overdosage or accidental ingestion:
No cases of thiamine or vitamin B12 overdosage have been described.
Prolonged overdosage of Vitamin B6, for example, for more than two months and more than 1 g daily, may cause neurotoxic effects.

When to take neurobion tablets?
Contraindications of neurobion tablets:

No risks associated with the use of NEUROBION during pregnancy at the recommended dose have been discovered.
Lactation:
Thiamine, pyridoxine and cyanocobalamin are secreted in breast milk, but the risk of overdose to the nursing infant is not known. In individual cases, high doses of vitamin B6, may inhibit breast milk production.
Adverse and side effects:
The following definitions apply to the frequency terminology used hereafter:
Immune system disorders:
Frequency unknown: hypersensitivity reactions, such as sweating, tachycardia, and skin reactions with pruritus and urticaria.
Gastrointestinal disorders:
Frequency unknown: gastrointestinal manifestations, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain.
Renal and urinary disorders:
Frequency unknown: chromaturia (reddish urine, appears during the first 8 hours after administration and usually normalizes within 48 hours).
Drug and other interactions:
The effect of L-dopa may be reduced when administered concomitantly with vitamin B6. The efficacy of vitamin B6 may be reduced in the presence of vitamin B6 antagonists, such as isoniazid (INH), cycloserine, penicillamine and hydralazine. Blood levels of vitamin B1, in long-term treatments, can be reduced with loop diuretics, used in the treatment of edema, as well as in renal and cardiovascular disorders, for example, furosemide. Prolonged use of antacids may lead to vitamin B12 deficiency.
Alterations in laboratory test results: It has been reported that with pyridoxine a false positive reaction to urobilinogen using Ehrlich's reagent may be observed.
