Be prepared to answer these questions: - How do you know? - How do you know it's based solely on phenotype? - If it's not just phenotype, what is it? - How do you plan to make representative diversity a priority without violating equal opportunity protections? - How do you plan to make it a priority and maintain the highest standards? In other words, are you prepared to discriminate to achieve representative diversity? Please don't come at me with "Let's go out and try to train, hire, etc..." people in minority groups, because then. you are creating a special privilege by race or ethnicity (kind of a no-no in America). I realize we already do this, don't worry, I'm calling it out, because we're doubling down on this racist practice every day, and not enough people are questioning the merit, or the morality of the idea.
