Here is some action points I recommend:
1) 100 goals list. Look through the list and select the 3 most important.
Set specific time frames to those goals of when you will achieve them.
Then choose ONE habit that will send you on the automatic road to success!
This will be your only focus.
2) Choose your habit! Is it waking up a specific time every single day? (5.30am f ex?)
Is is eating a salad head every single day? (It will start you on the road to health!)
Is it noting down every single time you spend money? (tracking is the first step to financial wealth)
3) Do this habit for 7 days, until it becomes automatic. 14 days. 21 days. 28 days. You are now moving automatically towards achieving ALL of your goals and dreams.
(PS: If the chosen habit is simply too easy, and you know you will accomplish it every single day without fail, then move on to a habit that is a bit more challenging. If you want to do this process faster, then install 3 new habits into your life - but never more than this - as diversification will make you lose in the long run! Now FOCUS - and get to work!)
