In this episode we are going through a question that has been sent in by one of our students. It concerns breathing meditation and various perceptions around it which can hinder progress significantly. We specifically look into the idea of "not trying to control the breath". While breathing naturally is often recommended, it can lead to the misperception of having to avoid any type of control. Many meditators tend to stress out because of this idea, as they find themselves trying to influence their breath in subtle ways.
