Previously, he carried out a couple more story quests. He did Quest 650 for Valeria and Quest 651 for Asbar and Linberi. Now, he will work on Quest 652 for Yushka. Davilas resumes in his house in the Azlan housing area. Outside, he checks his mail and receives gold for items that sold on the bazaar. Many thanks to the buyers! Davilas uses the Abyss Jewel to teleport to the west wing of the Great Demon King's Castle. Great Demon King's Castle (time 1:55): Davilas visits the bank in the west wing and deposits his gold. Also, he visits the pub and changes his vocation to Level 122 Minstrel. Davilas teleports to the castle's east wing and enters Yushka's room at F-5. Within, he talks to Yushka at E-5. Yushka issues Quest 652: "The Great Demon King's Colossal Statue". Davilas must go north from the Gerhena Phantom Field to the Gradel Plateau, where he will find the Great Demon Kings' Face Wall. Davilas uses the Abyss Jewel to teleport to the Grand Court Gate. Grand Court Gate (time 5:41): Davilas exits south at D-8 to the Gerhena Phantom Field. Gerhena Phantom Field (time 6:13): Davilas arrives at C-2 in the northwest. He works his way east. At E-2, Davilas takes the gate north to the Gradel Plateau (グラデル台地). Gradel Plateau (time 7:13): Davilas starts at D-8 in the south. The exit to his destination is in the northern end of the zone. At D-7, Davilas examines the Abyss Gate. This adds a new destination to the Abyss Jewel. Davilas begins exploring the area. In the southeast, a black chest at G-7 contains a Machine God's Eye (機神の眼甲) accessory. At H-5 in the east, a black chest contains 3 Red Orbs. In the apprentices' hut at F-5, Davilas finds a black chest at F-4 along the eastern wall. It contains 10 Amber Dahlias (アンバーダリア). In the west, a black chest at A-5 contains 3 Silver Alchemy Stones (銀の錬金石). By the northern exit, Davilas examines the Abyss Gate at D-1. This adds another new destination to the Abyss Jewel. Then, he exits north to the Great Demon Kings' Face Wall (大魔王顔壁) at D-1. Great Demon Kings' Face Wall (time 16:02): A brief scene plays as Davilas enters the area. The Face Wall is Mount Rushmore for Great Demon Kings. Davilas gains control at D-7 in the south. In the north, he talks to Mohipenko, the master artisan, at D-2. This triggers some dialogue. The next objective is to defeat Vicious Bunicorns in the Gerhena Phantom Field to obtain a Phantom Beast Horn. Davilas uses the Abyss Jewel to teleport to the Abandoned Rock Hole in the Gerhena Phantom Field. Gerhena Phantom Field (time 18:27): Davilas arrives in the Abandoned Rock Hole at C-6. He heads outside. Northeast of the Abandoned Rock Hole, Davilas finds Vicious Bunicorns (いっかくウサギ・強) starting around C-5. He begins targeting them. After a few battles, Davilas acquires the Phantom Beast Horn (幻獣のツノ) key item. His next objective is to take this to Mohipenko at the Face Wall. Davilas teleports to the exit to the Face Wall in the Gradel Plateau with the Abyss Jewel. Gradel Plateau (time 22:05): Davilas exits north to the Face Wall at D-1. Great Demon Kings' Face Wall (time 22:29): Davilas goes north and talks to Mohipenko at D-2. He hands over the Phantom Beast Horn. The next objective is to talk to Mohipenko's apprentices in the hut on the Gradel Plateau. Davilas exits south at D-7 to the Gradel Plateau. Gradel Plateau (time 24:23): Davilas goes southeast and enters the apprentices' hut at F-5. Within, he talks to Migelei at F-5 near the entrance. The next objective is to talk to someone in Zekres's item shop. Davilas also talks to Borojan at F-5 and Rimua at F-4. Davilas uses the Abyss Jewel to teleport to Zekres. Magical Land of Zekres (time 26:53): In the item shop at D-4, Davilas talks to Dulme at C-3. Dulme gives him the Makai Macaron (マカイ・マカロン) key item. Davilas must now take this to Mohipenko. Now, he will head to Yhoator Jungle for further training. Heorot resumes in his Mog House in Bastok. He updates his gear. In his delivery box, he gets back a stack of Fire Crystals that did not sell on the auction house. He also gets gil for a stack of Water Crystals that did sell. He exits to Bastok Mines. Bastok Mines (time 1:48): At the auction house, Heorot puts the stack of Fire Crystals back up for sale, along with a stack of Water Crystals from his inventory. Afterwards, he uses the Survival Guide at I-9 to teleport to Yhoator Jungle, Elshimo Uplands. Yhoator Jungle (time 3:42): Heorot arrives at the Outpost at I-8. He rides to the Field Manual near the northern entrance from Yuhtunga Jungle at F-7. There, he signs up for the Page 1 individual training to defeat 3 White Lizards and 6 members of the Goblin family per training regime. He sets out to defeat these enemies in the western part of the jungle. Eventually, Heorot reaches Level 45 as Samurai. When he has finished training for now, Heorot uses his Scroll of Instant Warp to return to Bastok Mines. Bastok Mines (time 1:06:13): Heorot visits Neigepance at the Chocobo Stables to sell his loot. Afterwards, he teleports to Bastok Markets. Bastok Markets (time 1:08:08): Heorot talks to the Artisan Moogle at H-7 to get another free Scroll of Instant Warp. Then, he enters the residential area. Gartland Castle Town (time 6:59): On the ground level of town, Davilas enters the well at F-6 in the southeastern plaza. In the well, he talks to Pack at D-2/E-2. Pack issues Quest 686: "Conditions for Apprenticeship". This quest requires Level 80 or higher and Version 6. The first objective is to fight an Angora Faun and acquire a Pocket Sleeping Bag. Angora Fauns appear in the Goz Valley. Goz Valley is accessed through Landon Foothills. While Davilas has been there, it was during an episode that got removed from YouTube. So, he will show how to get there. After he leaves the well, Davilas starts by Zooming to Gerd Strait. Gerd Strait (time 10:23): Davilas arrives at the outpost at D-4. He goes south. In the southwest, he exits at C-8 to Landon Foothills. Landon Foothills (time 12:35): Davilas gains control at E-1 in the north. In the southwest, he takes the exit at B-7 to Goz Valley. Goz Valley (time 15:09): Davilas gains control at H-5 in the east. Unfortunately, Dol Board usage is forbidden here. The good news is that the target monster, the Angora Faun, appears not far in the area. Davilas encounters one and acquires the Pocket Sleeping Bag key item. He must now take it to Pack in Gartland. It is the day of the Wing Ceremony. Unfortunately, he is missing his mount, a large type of bird called a Loftwing. He must find the bird before he can take part. Skyloft: Link resumes near the Plaza in the south of Skyloft. His next guidance is to head north towards the Statue of the Goddess again. Along the way, Link enters the Knight Academy's lower level. Knight Academy (time 1:29): Link chats with folks in the academy on his way through, including Horwell and Headmaster Gaepora in Gaepora's room. Then, he takes the upstairs exit from the school. Skyloft (time 4:34): As Link starts up the stairway leading to the Statue of the Goddess, he is hailed by Pipit outside the Sparring Hall. Link hops down and talks to Pipit, who is with Fledge. Fledge reveals Groose's dastardly plan. Link's Loftwing is hidden near the waterfall in the east of Skyloft. Pipit marks the location on Link's map. Link can talk to Pipit again to learn that there are monsters in the cave. Link should visit the Knight Commander in the Sparring Hall. So, Link enters the Sparring Hall. Sparring Hall (time 7:36): In the Sparring Hall, Link talks to Knight Commander Eagus. Afterwards, he goes into the back room and takes the Practice Sword. In the main room, he talks to Eagus and then uses the logs to practice most of the basic sword techniques: various slashes and the thrust. Afterwards, Link can choose to practice the spin attack and then the fatal blow. A scene takes place when Link tries to leave the hall. Because of the circumstances, Eagus lets him take the sword with him, as long as he only uses it when he must. Skyloft (time 13:43): Outside the Sparring Hall, Pipit offers excellent advice: save often. East of the Bazaar, there are stepping stones over the pond. Under the waterfall, Link finds the entrance to the Waterfall Cave. As he approaches, a scene takes place. He must slash some wooden barricades before he can enter. Waterfall Cave (time 16:47): The Waterfall Cave is a short area, home to easy Keese and Green ChuChus. They may drop some useful resources. Just inside, Link can jump through a gap in the fence to a lower ledge where a chest contains a Red Rupee, worth 20 Rupees. In the south, Link can climb some vines to a ledge where a chest contains another Red Rupee. Near the exit in the northwest, there is a ledge east of the path.
