I started installing the wheels on the bottom of the 300 LB capacity Olympia wheeled cart from Walmart. You have to be careful not to tighten the bolts too much & aligning the wheel housing with the holes is a pain as they are slightly off. It took me about 2 hours to do this because I kept having to remove the bolts that I tightened by hand because they were not screwing in right. I could also use help buying the new Ipad.
