If you struggle with tight and painful shoulders, neck, back and chest muscles, this video is for you. The usual stretches are great and all, but you probably need more. The thoracic spine and the entire upper torso can get locked in place, causing alot of pain and discomofort.
This sequence is aimed toward creating movement through the upper torso with spine and ribcage movement, as well as shoulder and chest muscle flexibility.
