"Maamme" ("Our Land") is the unofficial national anthem of Finland. The music was composed by the German immigrant Fredrik Pacius, with original Swedish words by Johan Ludvig Runeberg, and with this music it was performed for the first time on 13 May 1848. Originally it was written for the 500th anniversary of the city of Porvoo and for that occasion it was Runeberg himself who wrote the music. The poem was influenced by the Hungarian patriotic hymn "Szózat" (Appeal) of Mihály Vörösmarty, both in style and content.
The melody of "Maamme" is also used for the national anthem of Estonia with a similarly themed text, "Mu isamaa, mu õnn ja rõõm" ("My Fatherland, My Happiness and Joy", 1869). It is also considered to be the ethnic anthem for the Livonians as "Min izāmō" ("My Fatherland").
SUOMI: Maamme on Suomen kansallislaulu.

The "State Anthem of the Russian Federation" is the name of the official national anthem of Russia. It uses the same music as the State Anthem of the Soviet Union, composed by Alexander Alexandrov, and new lyrics by Sergey Mikhalkov, who had collaborated with Gabriel El-Registan on the original anthem.
The music of the National Anthem of the Soviet Union, with newly written lyrics, became the national anthem of the Russian Federation in December 2000. The government sponsored a contest to find lyrics, eventually settling upon a new composition by Mikhalkov; according to the government, the lyrics were selected to evoke and eulogize the history and traditions of Russia.
In this video, we see the history of Russia from the Kievan Rus to nowadays.
"Gott erhalte, Gott beschütze" or the "Österreichische Kaiserhymne" was the imperial anthem of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy. The hymn was originally "Gott erhalte Franz den Kaiser" and written as a personal anthem to Emperor Francis II of the Holy Roman Empire, and later of the Austrian Empire. The lyrics were written by Lorenz Leopold Haschka and the melody by Joseph Haydn in 1797. In 1854, the anthem got new lyrics, which were used until the end of the Empire in 1918. The anthem has the same melody as the German national anthem "Deutschlandlied", written in 1841.
MAGYAR: A volt osztrák császári himnusz (kezdőszavai alapján a Gott erhalte) többféle szöveggel az Osztrák Császárság állami himnusza volt a 19. század elejétől az Osztrák–Magyar Monarchia 1918-as megszűntéig. Az első szövegváltozat Lorenz Leopold Haschka (1749–1827) 1791-es szerzeménye, a frissiben trónra lépett Ferenc császárt köszöntötte akkor még Gott erhalte Franz den Kaiser kezdettel.

The "Battle Hymn of the Republic", also known as "Mine Eyes Have Seen the Glory" outside of the United States, is a popular American patriotic song by the abolitionist writer Julia Ward Howe.
Howe wrote her lyrics to the music of the song "John Brown's Body" in November 1861 and first published them in The Atlantic Monthly in February 1862. The song links the judgment of the wicked at the end of the age (through allusions to biblical passages such as Isaiah 63:1–6 and Revelation 14:14–19) with the American Civil War.

"Du gamla, du fria" ("Thou ancient, Thou free") is the de facto national anthem of the Kingdom of Sweden. It was originally named "Sång till Norden" ("Song to the North"), but the incipit has since been adopted as the title. It was written by Richard Dybeck in 1844 and composed by Edvin Kallstenius.
This version of the anthem is sung by Carry Persson.
