Valorant Server Tickrate & Riot Direct EXPLAINED! Competitive Integrity Key to Esport Success
As Valorant's beta continues, the Riot Games developers have released another dev blog about server tickrate and Riot Direct. Today we look at their 128 tickrate servers, how Riot are setting up their own ISP for Valorant to lower ping, improve server reliability and netcode around the world. This is to improve the competitive 5v5 fps esport potential of the game and make it so that the skill ceiling can be as high as possible. Get that last 1v5 clutch, remove all roadblocks from your gaming potential and make it so that every last death is down to the players, not the infrastructure.
