So less than 2 days since the patch came out, and there is already a bit of a cheese available for the High Value Targets. Steps: #1 Accept Daily/Weekly HVT #2 Go to zone and clear mobs till boss spawns. #3 Get aggro on boss, leave mission area while maintaining line-of-sight on the boss. #4 Let the mission timer run out #5 Kill boss and collect rewards #6 Return to BoO and reselect the same HVT.
