On August 4, 2021, Mary Brown of the 301st District Court in Dallas, Texas, issued an atrocious ruling that defies any sort of reasonableness and justice. For all intents and purposes, she is kicking the children's father out of their lives - and making the father pay someone so that he can be with his children? His crime? Refusing to capitulate to child abuse and let his ex-wife dress and present his son as a girl.
Her ruling illustrates why so many people in Texas have absolutely no respect for the family courts and why many of us think the family courts are hopeless, tyrannical, and should be abolished, or at the very least, that all hearings be broadcast to the public and be archived. You simply can't believe the nonsense and sometimes just plain evil that takes place in these sham courts. Families and individuals are destroyed for the financial plunder.
I have followed the Jeff Younger and #SaveJames case for over a couple of years. In essence, pediatrician Anne Georgulus thinks that 9-year-old James Younger should be presented and dressed as a girl, when James is a boy. The whole case is so bizarre it's as if the mother - and anyone who sides with her (such as the law firm of Koons-Fuller, child castration attorney Jessica Janicek, and various judges) live in an alternate universe that not only accepts, but embraces child abuse. Just when you think things might return to some semblance of sanity, things get even more bizarre.
This video is part one of two dealing with the absurdity - and perhaps even the downright evilness - of the family court system and the "temporary restraining order." Part two will examine the details of Mary Brown's memorandum ruling.

JUST ANOTHER DAY IN FAMILY COURT
Barring a miracle, David Henderson's son Corbin has days to live. His final wishes are to see his father and mother equally, 50 percent of the time. Yet in still another example of the heartlessness and cruelty of the family court system - once again from Tarrant County, Texas - a judge is denying this request.
The heartlessness and cruelty of the family court system should shock every sensible person's heart and conscience.

On March 24, 2021, Texas Representative Steve Toth held a news conference to discuss the need for House Bill 68, the Innocence Protection Act - or more popularly known as the #SaveJames Bill.
For all intents and purposes, the bill prevents "professionals" from trying to socially, psychologically, medically, or physically "transition" a minor child from his or her biological sex to another sex. Such actions would be defined as child abuse. It is a sad commentary on our society that such a bill is even necessary.
In his testimony, Jeff Younger tells the how his ex-wife began transitioning their son - with the help of the Texas anti-family courts, the school system, psychologists, and others - simply because of a McDonald's Happy Meal toy he chose. His ex-wife is backed up in her pursuit by perverse attorneys from the Koons-Fuller law firm.

Amber Briggle gave this testimony on April 12, 2021, in front of the Texas Senate State Affairs Committee in Austin, Texas. Though her testimony was based on her experience with her child, Amber's testimony contained some misleading, inaccurate, and perhaps even defamatory information.
Amber has become an activist for transgenderism, yet she appears to ignore the fact that most children - up to 94 percent of children - resolve their gender dysphoria after they finish puberty, and that according to one Swedish study, those who undergo surgical transition have a TWENTY TIMES higher suicide rate than their non-transitioned peers.
Instead, Amber Briggle is advocating for the forceful transition of an 8-year-old boy, which for most people is nothing other than child sexual abuse - and she is lobbying lawmakers to permit this abuse.

301st Family District Judge Mary Brown did not get on the ballot as the nominee to remain on as judge in the 301st Family District Court and is running as a write-in candidate for the position.
The Texas Election Code appears to provide specific details for those who want to run a write-in campaign for a judicial office. From my understanding of the Code, it appears that Mary Brown has VIOLATED the Texas Election Code and should faces civil penalties up to $96,000.
Just as concerning to me is that the $32,000 that she raised in campaign donations from May 16 - June 30 has come almost exclusively from attorneys and law firms. When attorneys and law firms contribute to judicial campaigns, at the very least it appears that they are trying to buy influence and perhaps sway future decisions due to their relationship with the judge.
For example, Koons-Fuller Law Firm is listed as a PLATINUM SPONSOR. Platinum sponsorships mean that an individual or a law firm has donated AT LEAST $5,000 to the judge's campaign. Jessica Janicek - aka the Child Castration Attorney - who represented Anne Georgulas in the #SaveJames case - is a shareholder at Koons Fuller. Could it be that the special relationship between Koons Fuller and Mary Brown influenced that decision and led to a great injustice? I believe the evidence suggests this is the case.
With regard to Mary Brown's write-in campaign and what I believe are plain violations of the Texas Election Code, I believe this should be investigated immediately. By violating the Texas Election Code, Mary Brown is seeking to gain an unfair advantage against any other write-in candidates. I believe Mary Brown should be removed from the bench immediately, investigate for these apparent violations, prosecuted to the full extent of the law, and perhaps even be disbarred. As for the attorneys and law firms that knowingly supported her in apparent violation of the Texas Election Code . . .
Please let me know your thoughts on this issue.

THE GOVERNMENT CODE PROTECTS UNETHICAL JUDGES WHO VIOLATE THE TEXAS ELECTION CODE
This is a phone call with the TEXAS ETHICS COMMISSION regarding a complaint that I filed against Mary Brown's VIOLATION OF THE TEXAS ELECTION CODE. I think it is ridiculous when I filed the complaint that I can't even find out what happened. But keep filing!
Our government needs to be OPEN AND TRANSPARENT, not a hotbed of corruption and coverups. Our commissions - funded by our tax dollars - SHOULD BE TRANSPARENT and ACCOUNTABLE TO THE PEOPLE OF TEXAS. Right now they are not.
I believe that the complaint that I filed in August 2022 was airtight and should have been investigated BEFORE the citizens in Dallas County began any early voting. However, the commission didn't investigate the complaint until AFTER THE ELECTION WAS OVER - and then they are forbidden from disclosing to the people their determination. The people of Texas have the right to cast an informed vote. They should not NOT be STONEWALLED, especially when they file a well-documented complaint about an election code violation that gave #CheatJudgeMaryBrown of the 301st District Court in Dallas, Texas, an unfair advantage. The people HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW if person they are voting for is acting unethically or not BEFORE the election, especially when they are running for a position of judge.
It is NO WONDER that people DISTRUST THE JUDICIARY and think that most of our oversight agencies and commissions are a joke.

I met Eric Carroll of Dad Talk Today at CPAC in 2020. Shortly thereafter, he had me on Dad Talk Today to talk about what I was focusing on in Texas.
In this second segment, I talked briefly about the importance of marriage from a Christian perspective and that divorce puts children (and grandchildren) at risk.
