Hosea 1:10 - Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered; and it shall come to pass, that in the place (Jerusalem) where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, there it shall be said unto them, Ye are the sons of the living God.
Ask yourself this: Do the jews fulfill this prophecy?
Have you ever read this book of Hosea?
Very few have and preachers do not touch it
Hosea 2:23 - And I will sow her unto me in the earth; and I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy; and I will say to them which were not my people, Thou art my people; and they shall say, Thou art my God.
Romans 9:25 - As he saith also in Osee, (greek rendering of Hosea) I will call them my people, which were not my people; and her beloved, which was not beloved.
Who was God's beloved? Israel was
Romans 9:26 - And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God.
Paul is quoting Hosea old testament prophecy for Israel in the book of Romans.
so were some of these Romans of Divorced Israel?
Think new testament and marriage supper of the lamb

Paul says to the Corinthians (A city in Greece) that the church was with Moses in the wilderness.
The church did not start in Acts, it was already there under Moses.
1 Corinthians Chapter 10: 1 Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all OUR FATHERS our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
2 And were all baptized unto MOSES Moses in the cloud and in the sea; (Red Sea)
3 And did all eat the same spiritual meat; (Manna)
4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.
5 But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness.
Paul the apostle to the "Gentiles" and it seems he was not speaking to Jews? After all Paul is in Greece.
