This is the opposite of intermittent fasting, time prescriptive eating. He's trying to sell you magic. Does that make sense? Does magic exist? You already know I am going to tell you that energy used vs energy intake is how you determine your body composition. How you get to a favorable arrangement requires some fine-tuning (on my part for you), but it really isn't that complicated outside of making lots of good decisions every day. But in no way do I claim that my Smart Keto diet just regulates itself. I specifically tell all new clients that they are to instantly report to me any issues they have so as to avoid their failing or unnecessarily experiencing hardship. My clients are the ones doing the work - the actual work - not me. Therefore, the system can only serve as a guide. 100% of my clients are losing consistent weight because they are devoted to the process. They get the credit.
