大家都知道把凍豆腐放入火鍋吸飽湯汁後,一口咬下非常美味。不過天氣熱喝不下熱湯的時候,也可以把凍豆腐做成乾式料理哦!一樣讓凍豆腐發揮吸收湯汁的特性,用里肌肉片把豆腐跟起司包裹起來、下鍋煎香之後,吸收了融化起司與焦香肉汁,所有精華都被凍豆腐鎖在裡面,這個做法比丟進火鍋中還要涮嘴!

○豆腐磚
里肌肉片 135 g
起司絲 4片
凍豆腐 100g
○醃料
日式醬油 1大匙
○灑料
白芝麻 半小匙

○Tofu Bricks
thin-sliced pork loin, 135 g
sliced cheese, 4 slices
frozen tofu, 100 g
○Marinade
tsuyu sauce, 1 Tbsp
○Topping
roasted white sesame, 1/2 tsp
:Instruction:
●Preparing
1. Add sliced pork and tsuyu sauce into a container. Gently mix them.
2. Take a frozen tofu and squeeze out the liquid carefully.
●Making the Tofu Bricks
1. Cut the sliced cheese into the same wide as frozen tofu.
2. Wrap the frozen tofu with the sliced cheese.
3. Take a slice of the pork. Wrap the cheese and tofu in another direction.
4. Wrap them thoroughly as possible as you can.
5. Sprinkle roasted white sesame.
●Frying the Tofu Bricks
1. Add a little oil to a frypan and over on medium heat.
2. Place the tofu bricks in order.
3. Flip them over in order.
4. Let them stand against the wall of pan to fry their sides.
5. Flip them over in order again.
6. Make sure every sides have well done. Remove from pan.
7. You can sprinkle some chopped green onions and enjoy!
