In this video, I discuss why you should never use leverage when investing in an environment of high inflation or even hyperinflation.
Asset prices like stocks, gold, and Bitcoin will almost certainly go up a lot (as denominated in that local currency), but the path that they take will be extremely volatile.
If you are using any leverage, there is a higher chance that you get stopped out of your trade/investment before you end up being right about the endgame. Investing is always a path-dependent game when you are using margin or leverage.
It's a much better idea to take an unleveraged position in Bitcoin by dollar cost averaging in and holding it in cold storage for the long-term.

In this video, I discuss how the US dollar world reserve currency system is being exploited by China to literally take over the world.
China no longer recycles its trade surpluses into US Treasuries, but rather uses them to buy up mines, farmland, and oilfields around the world. Meanwhile, the US military keeps the shipping channels safe and provides military cover for China.
It is clear that the world is transitioning away from US Treasuries being the primary world reserve asset. What replaces it is currently unknown, but I believe that there is a good chance that it is Bitcoin.
The US should use its money printers to buy as much Bitcoin as possible, and get ahead in the Bitcoin arms race. It is our last chance to prevent the Chinese system from taking over the free world.

In this video, I discuss the concept of "financial repression," and how the US government is using it to steal the life-force of its citizens, in order to avoid a hard default.
Financial repression occurs when a central bank buys government bonds and lowers interest rates, in an effort to keep government bond yields below the rate of inflation. By doing so, the government can monetize its debts, while secretly picking the pockets of its citizens and taxpayers.
Taxes are overt; financial repression is covert and vampiric.
Bitcoin remains the best place to hide from financial repression.

A reduction in U.S. entitlement spending would lead to much smaller budget deficits, less Treasury issuance, and less Fed money printing.
If similar entitlement spending reforms are not undertaken in Europe, we could see a large USD spike against the Euro and other fiat currencies, strains in the Eurodollar market, and a sell-off in risk assets.
While unlikely, such a scenario would lead me from being a USD bear to a USD bull.

In this video, I discuss the hypothesis that we might be living inside of a software simulation.
When a civilization reaches an advanced stage, we would expect it to develop computers-- hardware and software. When its software reaches a sufficiently advanced stage, it becomes possible to create virtual worlds using that software. The inhabitants of that first virtual world could create their own virtual world inside of the first virtual world, etc ad infinitum.
This could lead to a situation where you have billions of nested virtual (simulation) worlds and only one real world. If this is the case, there is a much higher probability that we are living in one of the virtual worlds, rather than in the original real physical world.
If we were in fact living in a simulation, we would expect two things:
1) It would be difficult to impossible to travel to the edge of the universe or simulation (this is true in our world, due to the expanding nature of the universe and the speed of light as a travel constraint);
2) It would be difficult to impossible to see what everything is made out of (this is true in our world, where quantum weirdness takes over once we reach the sub-atomic level).
