Thanks for checking out the Steel Mace Nation YouTube Channel. I'm a Captain on the Elizabeth Fire Dept and after 16 years on the job I am still going strong with the mace being my movement medicine. I still train doing traditional lifts and do Squats , deadlifts and bench press among other things like kettlebells and pushing/pulling the sled.
