You know, working from home as a K 7-12 maths teacher is kind of... my hobby.
I started to do on-line tutoring few years ago and I like it.
Now, I have to scale it so I need to learn how to do and publish videos. I hardly see it as a successful one man show; I mean we don't call the professionals professionals for nothing. I will give it a try to get an idea of the workings and then I hope to find collaborators.
My idea is to produce something that also a parent could use.

Screening after Ion Creanga's eponymous story, Ivan Turbinca is an old Russian soldier to whom - for a good deed he did - God fulfills a wish. Ivan prays to the Lord to bless his turbine (a bag) so that he has the power to beg and hold in it whatever he wants.
"Pasol na turbina chorti!"
are the words Ivan uses to get the Satan's servants into the turbine, fooling even Death, holding her prisoner in his turbine.

**ingredients:**
Chicken meat 1.5 Kg (pulps and wings)
Yellows 5 pcs
Fat cream 400 g
Salt 3 teaspoons
Pepper berries 1 teaspoon
Vinegar 5 tablespoons
Garlic 4-5 bitch
Red peppers 1 pcs
Root celery 1/4 pcs
Carrot 3 pcs
Large onion 2 pcs
**Method of preparation:**
Step 1. Clean the vegetables and cut them into large pieces.
Step 2. Wash the meat well and cut the pulp into smaller pieces if necessary.
Step 3. In a pot of at least 5-6 liters fill half with water. Put the meat and the 3 teaspoons of salt. Put the pot on the heat and simmer until foam forms. Remove the foam several times until it no longer forms.
Step 4. Put the vegetables in the pot as well. If you want more fill with hot water. Put the peppercorns. Allow to boil 50 minutes over medium heat with the lid on. When ready, remove the meat and defrost. You will get small strips of meat.
Step 5. Chop the carrot and the bell pepper finely. Strain the juice using a fine sieve so that the pepper does not pass through. Put the juice back on the fire.
Step 6. In a bowl mix the cream with the yolks, the garlic and the 2 tablespoons of flour. Then put a hot glass polonie. Take your time. After you have placed 7 to 8 polishes you will get a homogeneous composition. Pour the composition into the pot. Also add chicken, carrot and pepper to the pot. Put the vinegar too. Stir a few times and turn off the heat. Allow a few minutes to rest.
Step 7. Serve the hot root soup with cream, garlic and hot peppers.

**Ingrediente:**
Carne de pui 1,5 Kg (pulpe și aripi)
Gălbenușuri 5 buc
Smântână grasă 400 g
Sare 3 lingurițe
Piper boabe 1 linguriță
Oțet 5 linguri
Usturoi 4-5 căței
Ardei gras roșu 1 buc
Țelină rădăcină 1/4 buc
Morcov 3 buc
Ceapă mare 2 buc
**Mod de preparare:**
Pasul 1. Curățați legumele și tăiați-le în bucăți mari.
Pasul 2. Spălați bine carnea și tăiați pulpele în bucăți mai mici dacă este cazul.
Pasul 3. Într-o oală de minim 5-6 litri umpleți jumătate cu apă. Puneți carnea și cele 3 lingurițe de sare. Puneți oala pe foc și lăsați să fiarbă până se formează spuma. Îndepărtați spuma de câteva ori până nu se mai formează.
Pasul 4. Puneți și legumele în oală. Dacă doriți mai completați cu apă fierbinte. Puneți piperul boabe. Lăsați să fiarbă 50 de minute la foc mediu cu capacul pus. Când este gata, scoateți carnea și dezosați. Veți obține fâșii mărunte de carne.
Pasul 5. Tocați mărunt morcovul și ardeiul gras. Strecurați zeama folosind o sită fină prin care să nu treacă piperul. Puneți zeama înapoi pe foc.
Pasul 6. Într-un castron amestecați smântâna cu gălbenușurile, usturoiul pisat și cele 2 linguri de făină. Puneți apoi câte un polonic de zeamă fierbinte. Nu vă grăbiți. După ce ați pus 7 - 8 polonice veți obține o compoziție omogenă. Turnați compoziția în oală. Adăugați de asemena în oală carnea de pui, morcovul și ardeiul. Puneți și oțetul. Amestecați de câteva ori și opriți focul. Lăsați câteva minute să se odihnească.
Pasul 7. Serviți ciorba rădăuțeană caldă cu smântână, mujdei de usturoi și ardei iute.
