Ok, here something new. I took a clip from "A Bronx Tale" and reduced it to five different sizes. Those sizes were Full screen 1920x1080, 1280x720, 854x480, 570x320 (also created the DVD size of 720x404). Then I created Widescreen version of them, no black bars overlays were used.

As I said, your text is far too big and clashes with some of the lighter backgrounds/ peoples clothing. This is what I meant about using lower thirds / similar. People will stay longer and not leave before the video ends. Hope it helps.

Another example of a DVD Menu. This time using the some of the tracklist from "The Rolling Stones 500 Greatest Songs of All Time" I spotted two album art covers one green, one red hence the split screen at the start. I only did part of the green menu.

Another great selection of music from the undisputed 'King'. This time It's an 8CD set which I found at Discogs. When I copied the tracks, I found some images on the net and in Photoshop came up with this. Lots of fantastic tracks on these discs. I recently tried to purchase this set, but on ebay they are asking £155 FOR 4 DAMN DISCS (GREED!)
