Video transcript: These are the coolest solar panels I have ever seen. The device is called the SmartFlower & has actually been in development for quite a few years. The panels basically fold up when not needed at night time or perhaps to protect themselves during a really bad storm. And then fold out into a very aesthetically pleasing futuristic robotic flower that also generates clean energy. Oh, and btw during the day as the Sun moves around in the sky the SmartFlower will follow it in order to make sure the sun rays are hitting the solar panel at the best possible angle. Obviously, this is gonna be more expensive than just normal solar panels, but it really is just functional art of the future.
Disney has just bought the voice of Darth Vader.
The legendary actor James Earl Jones who provided one of the most iconic voices in movie history has recently retired.
And Disney has bought the rights to his iconic Darth Vader voice so that they’ll still be able to use it in the future with the help of AI.
Or more specifically the help of a Ukrainian startup Respeecher that has actually already done the voice of Darth Vader in the recent Obi-Wan Kenobi series.
Just like I recently recovered from the lack of energy correlated to insufficient exposure to the tech news, so be sure to follow if you don’t want that.
Also the company’s first job was to create the voice of Luke Skywalker in The Mandalorian & Book of Boba Fett.
And as a hardcore Star Wars fan I can say they did a fantastic job.

AMD is trying to save us with their new GPUs.
They’ve announced the 7900 XT & XTX cards which will launch at $900 and $1000.
An extremely good deal compared to Nvidias’ crazy $1600 MSRP of the 4090.
And AMD’s cards are quite comparable in performance as well with the 7900 XTX showing up to 70% faster performance than their previous flagship the 6950XT at list in AMD's own benchmarks.
Also if you like this you might like some other tech news as well so please follow for more.
Hopefully AMD is able to launch these things at these prices & hopefully the resellers to just mark them up by a few hundred dollars.
Because if this things are a success, that will just mean that Nvidia is gonna have to lower their pricing to stay competitive with AMD.

So Valve is helping one of their biggest Steam Deck rivals to improve their device.
Steam Deck as we all know has been a major success as the demand for portable gaming consoles is quite high these days.
GPD has been making their portable little gaming PCs for a long time & they’re gonna be cooperating with Valve for their next WIN Max 2 product.
Basically, Valve contacted them and was like: “Hey bros we can like give you our OS that’s like better for this sorta thing & we’ll like even optimize it & promote your device for you”
This might seem weird at first as the GPD WIN Max 2 will be a direct competitor to the Steam Deck.
But you have to remember that Valve isn’t trying to make money by selling you their console, I mean look at how cheap it is.
Valve’s goal is to just get more users on the Steam store and to spend money buying games, DLCs & skins for many years to come.

A new Windows 11 update is blocking some users from logging into their systems.
Now ladies, but mostly gentlemen, I know these are absolutely shocking news as Windows 11 has never had bugs.
Because as we all know Microsoft always tests their updates properly haha… No they do suck tho.
So with the newest update if you add a new user to Windows they could be unable to login for about 24hrs.
You can try restarting your computer a few times because that may speed up the process, but nobody really knows, I mean it’s not like you really need to use your computer for like work right?
However, I have heard you are literally immune to bugs if you’re following this channel, unless you know… you’re not…

Apple wants even more money.
They have released new App Store guidelines changing the way they look at digital purchases surrounding advertisements in apps on the iPhone.
Basically making everything an in-app purchase especially things like various post-boosting services of various social medias.
And this will mean that 30% of all the money that Facebook, Twitter, Instagram make will go directly to Apple.
Which they’re obviously not thrilled about so they’re accusing Apple of growing their own business & undercutting others in the digital economy.

Steam is officially adding support for Nintendo Switch’s Joy-Con controllers.
The feature is currently available only in the newest Steam beta and it will support either one or both of the Joy-Cons.
So now you can game on the go & in your room on your PC with the same controllers, so you can basically just glue them to your hands as you don’t really need to hold any other peripherals ever again.
Steam also added support for the Switch-specific NES, SNES, N64 & Saga Genesis controllers last week.
So now you can play PC games & get all the headshots with all the decades of training you spent on Nintendo’s consoles playing Super Mario or something.

Microsoft has confirmed that Windows 11 is slowing down games and/or causing stuttering.
This issue comes courtesy of Windows 11’s 22H2 update and not to be confused with any other updates from the past that also caused performance issues.
Like the good old AMD CPU bug that caused latency & as a result slowed everything down.
Microsoft says the new issue is because Windows enables GPU debugging and that’s because…
They don’t know, they’re figuring it out I guess.
Like I’m figuring out how to manage the overwhelming amount of tech news that this channel produces, so please follow for more.
So a pretty strange issue coming from Windows 11 once again.

Windows is adding tabs to Notepad …
I know absolutely crazy and confidential so don’t tell anyone.
But in all seriousness, this is probably something that should’ve happened many years ago and alternatives like Notepad++ have had it for a really long time.
So do you think this is a good idea, do you ever even use Notepad these days?
All good questions, so let me know in the comments.
