Ninos starts to speak at 13 minutes. However this is the third call of the day as he's breaking down after being caught and having destroyed his life's work, his reputation and has only got the loss of his assets and prison to look forward to in place of retirement, so I think he's listening to what I was explaining to his helpers in the background before this time.
