vlog09172021 RAM memory is not an installation procedure!
Oh yes! that DIMM in slot 3 worked loose and only gave me 12gb of ram instead of 16gb. found the problem and reseated it. only, as you can see, it has no serial number but tests okay.
The 2009 Mac Pro uses Triple memory channels so really all you need is 3 chips. Slots 1 and 4 share a channel. This computer was a recycled refurb and not all the ram is the same brand. so I am unsure if that missing serial number means anything or not. All I know is that the system says all 4 chips are okay. (I explain it in detail in the video).

Hard enough being one of the few Registered Blind, World of Warcraft players who streams their gameplay. I am not AsmonGold. I cannot zip through a zillion comments while doing dungeons or Battlegrounds. My face is 15cm from the screen! (5.9in) so I only can see so much at a time.
This is also true to the live talk shows. I do the best I can. I just ask that you be patient.
