With so many stock companies sprouting up in an attempt to capitalize on the growing firearms market, it is refreshing to see a product that carries itself with pride and dignity instead of price point.
Jason discusses his initial impressions of this new stock out of Germany. In this review, he'll discuss the functionality and construction that makes this stock stand out in a niche typically full of boring replications.

THIS is a product we are very excited to offer! Jason wanted to launch the Tikka Performance Center with an OEM Bottom Metal and an AICS Long Action Bottom Metal. These parts were too complex to machine on our old 3 axis mill and too expensive to contract out. So now, four years later, we have the technology! The OEM Bottom will be the first bottom metal introduced with the Long Action AICS Bottom Metal following shortly. If you've been following us on Facebook, you've seen the progression and we custom build fixtures for our new 4 axis mill.
The purpose of the Tikka T3 OEM replacement bottom metal is to get rid of another piece of plastic on the rifle that is prone to flexing which causes some of Tikka's magazines to get stuck in the mag well.
The Trigger Guard has been enlarged making it safer to shoot the rifle with gloves. Additionally, we widened the trigger guard a little to enhance the safety of the rifle by making it more difficult to accidentally discharge the rifle while eliminiating some sympathetic muscle movement upon trigger pull.
No gunsmithing is necessary for installing and it is compatible with all models of Tikka T3 EXCEPT the latest generation of CTR which uses the TRG22 magazine system.
So throw away another plastic part and install a safer and more rigid bottom metal in its place.
Proudly Made in Montana!
