As soon as the offensive of the Russian army went beyond the borders of Avdeevka and Koksokhim, we almost immediately realized that it would be difficult for the Ukrainian military to defend the new, newly occupied positions. This was largely due to the lack of not so much combat, but engineering and construction equipment, and, more importantly, the inability of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to use it at such a short distance. It is not enough to simply dig out good positions; they also need to be prepared for defense. The Ukrainian Armed Forces units driven out of Avdeevka did not have time for this. They had to settle in as is. In this video, shot from a drone west of the village of Tonenkoe (in that part of it that is still under the control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces), it is clearly visible what the new lines of defense are and what state of aggregation the Ukrainian military is there.

The settlement is a key defense hub in the Bakhmut direction, so the Armed Forces of Ukraine are trying to turn all local industrial facilities into fortified areas. The plant is located on the southern outskirts of the city, to which, after the recent retreat of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the advanced units of the Wagner PMC actually entered from Pokrovsky. With a high degree of probability, Ukrainian units will build their defenses in the area around this object, and in the foreseeable future it will be in a zone of intense clashes. At the same time, the fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been on the territory of the enterprise for several months, which is why it has repeatedly become the target of Russian artillery strikes. Clip 2# ?? Attacks on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donetsk direction Artillery and aviation of the allied forces strike at those identified in the Avdiivka area. The footage shows a large explosion after shells hit warehouses near a sand pit. Judging by the nature of the detonation, a large ammunition depot was accurately hit. In Avdiivka and the neighboring suburbs of Donetsk, there are the most powerful defensive lines of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the front. The goal of the allied forces is to quickly identify and destroy firing points, artillery positions and ammunition depots. In the future, this will facilitate the offensive of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the NM of the DPR. The destruction of the Ukrainian line of defense near Avdiivka and Maryinka will make it possible to move the front from Donetsk and stop regular shelling of the city. Clip 3# ?? For the first time, the RF Armed Forces launched strikes on the territory of the civil airport in the city of Kirovograd (Kropyvnytsky). The Kirovograd airport, which is not used for civil aviation traffic, could be used as a reserve airfield for accommodating flight equipment or storing stocks of materiel in the interests of the Ukrainian Air Force. Usually, the Ukrainian Air Force uses the Kanatovo airfield located northeast of Kirovograd for its own purposes: Bayraktar TB2 drones and tactical aircraft are based there.
