I had decided to go to Ladora to record the last RRS mechanical bell on a mainline in the state of Iowa. However IAIS has since replaced it with a DEAD WCH MECHANICAL BELL. After the train went by I shook the signal in anger and it did ring the bell. It seems that either the bell is not getting enough power or it is incorrectly wired. This issue also happens at the new signals at Edwards Avenue. This is also the first time my camera had a major issue capturing WCH Clear LEDs so sorry about that.
