Sterling P20 Budget Dynamic Mic Review / Test (vs. XM8500, SM58, V7, ND76, U87ai)
Today I review a new budget stage vocal dynamic mic from Sterling audio, the P20. This thing is very bright but does a respectable job at background noise rejection and handling noise rejection.

Today I review a budget dynamic mic which costs only $37, the Fifine K669d. This is a very basic microphone with no switches or buttons, and a single XLR port on the rear. It offers a very bright sound which can come across a bit too boosted and a bit sibilant. It doesn't do a great job with shock rejection, plosive rejection, or keyboard rejection, but for the price it's acceptable.

I thought I would share how I mic up vocals, how I place the mic on my electric guitar, and how I mic up the acoustic guitar. This stems from the fact that someone thought I mic my acoustic up at 2.5 feet, which I don't. So hopefully this clears up any confusion about my microphone placement. Hopefully this we educational for you
