As much as I enjoyed the playtime with Twitch raiding I have found it is such a *serious* distraction to getting stuff done that I find simply not worth it. The best thing that has happened to my streaming (and me) is returning to just streaming the work that I can stream publicly and sharing it with those interested, not chasing subscribers and likes. In fact, I actually dropped Affiliate while I still had quite a few subs (and waved goodbye to that money) in order to do this. I look forward to finding other, more meaningful ways to subsidize and support my live-streaming including merch, mentoring, and contract work. It just feels so liberating.

I mean no offense, for me it is mostly about how much easier it is to type main instead of master. Personally, I find the etymological history of master to be irrelevant and am annoyed that people spend so much time talking about a word instead of doing other things that have more significant effect on their stated goals. If that makes me a racist in your eyes, well there is nothing I can do to stop you from thinking that. -- Watch live at https://www.twitch.tv/rwxrob

Just use watch and forget -w exists (unless you really need to watch for only manifest changes). Here are the problems with -w:
1. Buggy and doesn’t refresh well
2. Doesn’t do what you think it should (only manifest changes)
3. Not included in other kubectl commands
4. Not consistent with UNIX philosophy
5. UNIX watch has been around forever
6. Requires one-line exec script (no aliases or functions)
Here’s an example of k so that it will work with watch.
#!/bin/sh
exec kubectl "$@"

Where did my Kubernetes stuff go? What is up with "homelab init"? What's a "batch" and why should I care? How can I get good supporting AI model job submissions?
