Small minded, petty, childish people with little else except jealousy and envy, are leaving nasty uncalled for offensive comments and thumbs down thinking it is cool and will have an effect. Some will tell you to ignore them, however it is more productive to deal with the bullies. You dont need to interact but you should not ignore them - they breed the nastiness in the commentary and encourage other likeminded idiots. For some, the troll action does affect them.
