The "Beginning" of Daylight Savings Time occurs during March on a Sunday. This is where clocks have to be turned forwards by 1 hour. During "Daylight Savings Time Begins", there will be more sunlight and less nighttime.
In this video, it includes the "Sunrise & Sunset Times" as well as the "Daylight Duration" for Daylight Savings Time Begins, as the video explains it all.
The good thing about "Daylight Savings Time Begins" is that the temperature will become warmer with more sunlight, and leaves growing back, especially during the season of "Spring". The only downside is that even when clocks have to be turned forwards by 1 hour, skipping from 1:59 AM to 3:00 AM, it can sometimes mess with the circadian rhythm of sleep which is losing an hour of sleep.
