So we've FINALLY gotten confirmation from Bungie about the future of Destiny in Year 2. Thanks to the recent Activision Earnings report and later the Weekly Update from Bungie, we now know for certain that there are some big things coming to the PvE sandbox. In addition to the Spring Update, which will contain a light level increase, new weapons/armor/items, and new challenges we are also going to be getting a brand new large expansion to Destiny later this year. Destiny's sequel however, has been confirmed to have been delayed until sometime in 2017.

The Dawning brought forth one of the most fun events we've had thus far in Destiny 2. It provided an avenue for players to engage in whatever content they wanted to advance in the event itself.
