I’ve been meditating everyday for a couple of months now and it has brought SO much light into my life - especially during such an uncertain and transitionary period (post-grad). My anxiety levels are at an all time low (almost non-existent actually) and waking up every day GENUINELY feels like such a blessing. I had been getting messages from people asking me about my meditation practice as well so therefore I have decided to make a video discussing how I got here and how you can get here as well! No joke guys, this sh*t really works! Even if you only do it for 2 minutes a day, you will 100% feel the effects and you’ll wonder why you didn’t try it sooner.
