jump or step into Chaturanga Dandasana or plank position
lower yourself into a pushup position uncurl your toes into
Bhujangasana, Upward Facing Dog
push back into
Parvatasana, Downward Facing Dog, it is important to keep your back
straight. It is ok if your knees are bent at first. move your hips and push your
heels back for a nice stretch
step or jump your feet up to your hands opening up into trine breathe in.
touch your toes and bring your head to your knees breath out
then back to trini breathing in.
hang your head down breath out, then breathing in raise your hands above your head.
breathing out touch your toes again. If you can, put your hands under your feet for a
better stretch
raise your hands above your head, rolling your back up one vertebrae at a time.
rinse and repeat as needed.
