Radeon HD 3650 in 2021 | Obsolete - but not useless
This was a quick look back at the HD 3650 from 2008, giving you a general idea of what you could do with such a GPU in 2021, telling the story of a most certainly obsolete PC component, but nevertheless it is far from a useless one, and as i basically got it for free, the value for money is pretty great to say the least :) Hope you enjoyed the video as much as i enjoyed going back and testing some of the older classics and past gen masterpieces as well...

Middle Earth: Shadow of War is an action role-playing game developed by Monolith Productions and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. It is the sequel to 2014's Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, and was released worldwide for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on October 10, 2017.
Shadow of War continues the previous game's narrative, which is based on J. R. R. Tolkien's legendarium and set between the events of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. Like its predecessor, the game also takes heavy inspiration from director Peter Jackson's The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings film adaptations. The player continues the story of the ranger Talion and the spirit of the elf lord Celebrimbor, who shares Talion's body, as they forge a new Ring of Power to amass an army to fight against Sauron. The game builds upon the "Nemesis System" introduced in Shadow of Mordor, allowing Talion to gain followers from several races of Middle-earth, including Uruks and Ologs, and plan out complex strategies using these to complete missions.

CPU Mini Review(FX 8350)
FX-8350 is a high-end CPU based on the 32nm Piledriver architecture.
It offers 8 Physical Cores (8 Logical), initially clocked at 4.0GHz, which may go up to 4.2GHz and 8MB of L3 Cache.
Among its many features, Turbo Core and Virtualization are activated and the clock multiplier is unlocked, meaning it can be overclocked easily.
The processor DOES NOT integrated any graphics. and has a rated board TDP of 125W.
Compared to its competitor Core i7-3770K it performs around 12% worse. Still, its performance is very good and sufficient for extreme gaming.
CPU Mini Review(I5 3570K)
Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz is a performance CPU based on the 22nm, Ivy Bridge architecture.
It offers 4 Physical Cores (4 Logical), initially clocked at 3.4GHz, which may go up to 3.8GHz and 6MB of L3 Cache.
Among its many features, Turbo Boost and Virtualization are activated and the processor has multiplier unlocked.
The processor integrates mildly powerful Graphics called Intel HD Graphics 4000, with 16 Execution Units, initially clocked at 650MHz and that go up to 1150MHz, in Turbo Mode which share the L2 Cache and system RAM with the processor.
Both the processor and integrated graphics have a rated board TDP of 77W.
Compared to Core i5-2500K there's an overall 9% performance boost. Its performance is very good and sufficient for extreme gaming.
Hope zou like this small comparison between the two 2012 high end CPUs...To answer the question, yes they are still pretty good in 2018,you could pair them with a gtx 1070 oe even a 1080 and get pretty awesome fps in all upcoming games :)

Seven years ago, this GPU was marketed as a 1440P card, offering exceptional performance to the mid-range gamer...
Now, many years later, it's hard to imagine a 2GB card being enough for 1440P gaming, but what if your goal would be to run the greatest and latest titles just at 1080P with respectable framerates and settings, well, that's what will be answered in the video, hope you enjoy it!

0:00 1280x720 Low
1:53 1600x900 Low
3:31 1920x1080 Low
Personal Opinion on Performance Results:
The game seems to be somewhat playable at 720p, followed by some heavier stutters in some casses, but overallyou could get away with it if you don't have a better PC.
Higher resolutions like 900p or 1080p become just unplayable, as seen in the footage.
The main bottleneck here is the CPU, having only 2 cores is really holding this GPU back, but for what it costs, it holds up very well
