Tim Chaisson is a singer, songwriter in the Canadian folk band, "The East Pointers". Tim and his band mates, Jake Charron and Koady Chaisson, won a Juno Award for their debut album, "Secret Victory" in 2015
I'm honoured to share my conversation with Tim Chaisson in this episode of the podcast. We talk about the challenges of being vulnerable and authentic as an artist while steering clear of drugs and alcohol, the history of two of my favourite East Pointers songs and the power of music to shift your internal state. I'm already looking forward to having Tim back on the podcast. Next time hopefully with Jake and Koady so they can share some live music with everyone.
For our younger listeners there is some use of very mild language. Nothing crazy just want to be as transparent as possible!

Amber Marshall is an actress, an entrepreneur, a business woman and a producer. I've been working with her for the past 14 years on the CBC show, "Heartland." One of my favourite parts of our conversation was when we really dived into her worldview and how spending time with her animals really impacts how she sees the world. The more we talked about it, the more I saw the wisdom in just being present with life. This presence with her animals and with nature informs her and empowers her in so many ways.
I'm excited to share this conversation with you.

As some of you already know I spent my summer touring Alberta with Kerry James. Along the way I met a man named David Parker and he piqued my interest with his knowledge of history and optimism towards our future. A homeschooled man and son of a preacher, David has worked in Canadian politics most of his life. He's had many notable achievements and successful campaigns he was apart of. His drive and determination to bring about more freedom as the pathway to human flourishing is inspiring and desperately needed. Thanks David for being on the podcast and having me and Kerry James along on the "Take Back Alberta - Sovereignty Tour."
