This Kenmore Elite oven had a buzzing noise coming from behind the control panel when the broil element was supposed to be on, and the element wasn't coming on. Since the element had previously been replaced and tested as working, and the thermostat and all other oven features worked, the control module was removed for troubleshooting. The issue was a malfunctioning relay so it was replaced and now everything functions normally.
