A mention of a possible Leap year is in Ezekiel 4:5 when the Lord he has laid upon the years of day that Israel shall bear their iniquity for 390 days (this is an extra 30 days of a year).
Jewish custom has adopted a Leap year system that occur 7 times during a 19 year cycle every 2 to 3 years. Last Leap year was:
