The hotel was built in 2016 on a 1,269 m2 land area and is in a very good condition. The
constructed area is 650 m2 (2 floors). It has been in operation since the initial opening and
has received hundreds of guests over the past years. Recently the following investments have
been made to upgrade the property:
- New pool deck with very durable stone
- New washing machine, generator, boiler
- Rooftop insulation and paint
- Security measures
In 2018 the property was valued at $1,620,000. The valuation report is available for review.
