The Bronx mom accused of murdering her two young sons may have killed them because she believed they were possessed, law-enforcement sources said Sunday — as it was revealed she was once on the radar of the city’s child-welfare agency.
Dimone Fleming 22, had been obsessed with demonic possession, and cops are now investigating whether she killed her boys ages 3 and 11 months over it, sources said.
“She made statements about the devil — unusual statements,” a police source told The Post.
Fleming chillingly wrote on her Facebook page Saturday before the slayings, “It’s only one true God and I repent from all wrong doings and negative influence.
“Leaving all things that’s no longer serves me…… Thank you for your mercy,” the woman added.
Sources said Sunday that Fleming was previously probed by the Administration for Children’s Services after her oldest son, 3-year-old DeShawn Fleming, was born.

Authorities have identified the boy found dead inside a suitcase in rural Indiana earlier this year, according to a Wednesday news release from the Indiana State Police.
The body of Cairo Ammar Jordan of Atlanta, Georgia, was found in rural Washington County inside a hard-shell suitcase with a “distinctive Las Vegas design on its front and back,” police said in April. State police were called to investigate after a resident who was mushroom hunting discovered the suitcase on April 16 and immediately called 911, the agency said.
An autopsy found Cairo died from electrolyte imbalance, officials said in May. The autopsy showed the electrolyte imbalance was likely caused by viral gastroenteritis, the Indiana State Police said in a news release. The condition is an inflammation of the stomach and intestines' that results in vomiting and diarrhea, which can eventually lead to dehydration, according to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Clear Creek County Undersheriff Bruce Snelling said on Thursday that the reason Deputy Andrew Buen used deadly force on Christian Glass was because he was afraid Glass was going to stab the Georgetown Police marshal out of the broken car window.
Snelling said in an interview with CPR News that Buen believed Glass posed a danger to officers by refusing to drop his knife after being asked 35 times to do so during a confrontation in June 2022.
The incident ended with Glass, a 22-year-old Boulder resident, being shot and killed after he called 911 for help.
Meanwhile, Gov. Jared Polis took an extraordinary step in condemning the killing. He issued a statement about the incident late Thursday after he met with Glass’ parents.
“The unspeakable loss and grief Sally and Simon Glass are living is the worst nightmare of every parent,” he said. “This tragedy should never have happened. Colorado mourns for the loss of Christian Glass’s life.”
The incident has drawn international attention to Colorado from as far away as New Zealand where Glass’ father is originally from.
The massive public interest was generated when the Glass family’s lawyers Qusair Mohamedbhai and Siddhartha Rathod released hours of various body-worn cameras from officers on the scene this week.
“Police cannot create their own exigent circumstances,” Rathod said. “Police may not illegally smash out the windows of a person’s car who has committed no crime as the Colorado State Patrol said that night and then create their own circumstances that they believe justifies killing a 22-year-old boy. This is basic law enforcement. This is not complicated. And every police officer is taught this.”

The prosecution on Tuesday rested its case against Kyle Rittenhouse in his homicide trial after calling 22 witnesses over the course of six days, giving the defense its first opportunity to call witnesses.
The state's 21st witness was a forensic imaging specialist with the state crime lab in Milwaukee who played never-before-seen drone footage of Rittenhouse fatally shooting Joseph Rosenbaum. Their final witness was a doctor who testified that Rosenbaum died from a fatal shot to the back as his body was bent forward.
Once the prosecution rested, Judge Bruce Schroeder agreed to dismiss a curfew violation charge against Rittenhouse, ruling that prosecutors had failed to present any evidence a curfew was in place.
The defense then called four of its own witnesses Tuesday, including two armed people who went to Kenosha the night of the shootings. The defense will resume its case Wednesday and could call Rittenhouse to take the stand.

Statement from Police Commissioner Sewell: On Tuesday afternoon, NYPD officers from the 32nd Precinct were attempting to take an individual into custody when a struggle ensued and a crowd formed around the officers. The individual was carrying in his waistband an illegal, loaded semiautomatic Polymer 80 handgun, known as a "ghost gun." The NYPD officers removed yet another illegal firearm — and the person brazen enough to carry it in public — from the streets of our city.
During this encounter, a female acquaintance of this individual began to interfere with the arrest, including striking a detective. The detective fended off that interference and struck the woman with an open hand. The woman was placed under arrest for Obstructing Governmental Administration, remained conscious, and was transported to an area hospital at her request. Two additional females were similarly charged with interfering with the actions of police officers during this incident. This incident, including the conduct of the detective who used force, is under ongoing review by our Internal Affairs Bureau's Force Group. All police body-worn camera footage, as well as other video surveillance from the area and witness statements, are being gathered and reviewed. While the NYPD
is committed to the safety of all New Yorkers, we are also committed to transparency. Therefore, I have expedited the release of the officers' body-worn camera footage, and am awaiting the results of IAB's investigation.

Prosecutors in Mexico have filed charges against a suspect—whose name they have not publicly revealed—on charges related to the death of Shanquella Robinson. Robinson, who was just 25 years old, died on Oct. 29 while vacationing with six of her friends in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Everyone on the trip was American.
The arrest warrant also comes on the heels of a viral video of a woman, who is believed to be Robinson, being beaten by another woman traveling in the group. During the altercation, one of the people filming it asked Robinson if she could “at least fight back?” Robinson’s friends first told her mother that she had died of alcohol poisoning.
However, an autopsy revealed that Robinson’s cause of death as severe spinal cord injury as well as a dislocated neck. Mexican prosecutors called her death as “a direct attack, not an accident.” A month after Robinson’s passing, the FBI has decided to get involved.
While we don’t know if she was killed or it was an accident, but police seem to believe there was wrong doing. Black Twitter, which has been instrumental in getting Robinson justice, has sounded off on the heartbreaking situation, with most discussing how deadly having fake friends can be. One user wrote:
“Anyone of us could have been Shanquella Robinson the core of the matter is people she called her friends orchestrated her death. There are enemies who disguise themselves as friends as loved ones this sent a message to us all.”

this is horrible news but you must know it!
According to a new report by the San Antonio Express-News, a surveillance video shows police never tried to open the doors at Robb Elementary leading to the classrooms where the shooter went inside.
The report cites law enforcement close to the investigation as their source.
That source reportedly told the Express-News that police may have assumed the doors were locked and the shooter could not have locked the doors from the inside. Pete Arredondo, the district police chief in charge of law enforcement's response at Robb, has said previously that he went through a ring of keys provided by a janitor in order to try and gain entry.
The Express-News, however, reports that he was instead trying other doors nearby in an attempt to locate a master key.
The classroom doors at Robb Elementary are designed to lock automatically when they are closed with a key as the only way to open the doors on the outside, the source told the newspaper.
The Robb Elementary School shooting occurred in Uvalde when 19 children and two teachers died after an 18-year-old shot them with an AR-15 style rifle on May 24. The aftermath has been defined by scrutiny of law enforcement by state leaders and local families seeking answers.
Meanwhile, dozens of requests have been made for surveillance footage and other records pertaining to the shooting, and Uvalde has hired legal assistance to try and keep those records private

A Texas jury began deliberations Wednesday in the trial of a former Fort Worth police officer accused of murder in the 2019 shooting of 28-year-old Atatiana Jefferson in her home.
The deliberations got underway after closing arguments in which the state portrayed Aaron Dean as a power-hungry former cop whose preconceived notions about the neighborhood where Jefferson lived tainted his conduct the night of the shooting.
The defense countered that Dean fired his weapon in self-defense while fearing for his life in what attorneys said was a tragic accident but not a criminal act.
The case went to the jury more than three years after Dean and his partner responded to Jefferson's house around 2:25 a.m. on October 12, 2019, in response to a neighbor calling a nonemergency police line to report that her doors were open.
Dean, who is White, resigned days afterward and was arrested and charged in the killing of Jefferson, who is Black. He has pleaded not guilty to murder, a charge which carries a possible sentence of five to 99 years.
